How about 'new model houses'? Well, we offer those actually but be reminded that the 'trick' behind it is that while you save on the cost for a house plan (which is ready) you will not be allowed to make too many changes.
If you have some Philippine house designs in mind (or different architecture) that you want to alter to fit to your lot, wishes and budget then it's better to opt for a 'custom home design and floor plan' but expect to pay more to the architect for that.

The cost of house construction in the Philippines needs some explanation. How many times we hear the sad stories of people who selected the contractor that said "we can do that at a lower price than any other home builder". As a result the house will never be finished (or with many problems) because it turns out that the cost to build is higher than expected. And then what you do? Start a case? Yeah right. Philippines is not USA or Europe, sorry!
Lesson learned; that's why we do not even consider to build for people who want to have a discount. When we calculate how much to build a house in the Philippines we know what the cost will be from the statistics of previous projects; which we finished... all of them... on time.

Yes we can build with concrete hollow blocks but not those which are made in someones backyard; we use special hollow blocks with high strength. Our Philippine homes are build with materials that are selected - and inspected - by you. Hence you are also the one who decide the quality and cost of your new home.
Other popular construction methods are our 'solid concrete walls' with- or without insulation.

Also if you are a real estate agent Philippines house design i will be looking for a suitable location for the boarding houses / apartments to service mindanao state university as well as be convenient to shopping etc. As for the home i will live in i am interested in either a beach lot or something high up with a view of all. If you have something like this please let me know about it. Ofcourse i will have to run it by my Wife in Gensan for approval on price and location first.
I have a lot in Royal estate model houses in the Philippines Cebu in Consolacion . i have been looking around a nice and good design that fits my budget and taste but i have not find one . the lot is 303 sq. meters . i want an open floor plan , two story , 3 bedroom would be fine . i want 1.5 baths for the masterbedroom and a walk in closet ...a nice kitchen with bar or an island ...2 car garage. my budget is only $60,000.00 . please e mail me back .
I looked at the designs , their are a few that i like , i talked to my husband and he said that one should see first our lot , coz its kinda slopy . my husband is a contractor here in US , and he said our lot requires a lot of excavation . anyway , we will be in cebu list of Philippine contractors on Nov. 20 . but if you like you can go and take a look at our lot . actually i have a house in royal cebu estate also , my brother lives there . you can take a hold of him if you wanna see our lot . thank you , and i'll be in touch .
